Returns & Refunds Policy

At mg2, we pride ourselves on quality and care in every product we create and send.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including where a product is no longer wanted or suitable. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mg2therapyspray@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

Returns
Where a return is required, we will provide instructions. Return shipping will be covered by mg2for items confirmed as faulty.

Your Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
